Texhoma Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (4 oz.) can taco sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 small can green chili peppers
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes, cut up tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook beans in water and salt to taste.
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Brown meat; drain off grease.
    Add beans, meat and remaining ingredients and simmer.
