Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 c. water
    9 oz. frozen chopped onions
    12 oz. tomato paste
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans or pinto beans, drained
Preparation
    Drain meat, removing excess fat.
    Put meat in roaster pan. Add seasonings to taste.
    Cook onions in water; add to pan of meat.
    Add tomato paste.
    Drain beans and add to meat; mix well. Divide chili between two roaster pans.
    Add enough water to make a medium texture of chili.
    Not too thick, not too thin.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and let simmer until piping hot, about 1 hour.
    Serves 40.
