Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not add water)
Preparation
    Start with a layer of potatoes in the crock-pot, then add a few onions and a layer of cheese.
    Continue repeating the layers until all ingredients are used.
    Pour soup over and cook 7 1/2 to 8 hours on low.
