Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed and strained
9 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Add melted butter to sweet potatoes, then milk and sugar.
Add flour, salt and baking powder.
Pat or roll to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with floured cutter.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
