Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon with liquid (pick skin out)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour (or more)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. corn meal
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well, then make into patties.
    Place in a hot skillet with oil and fry until brown on both sides.
