Meat Balls With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef (extra lean)
1 c. milk
1 c. oatmeal
3 Tbsp. diced onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans golden mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except soup. Form into balls about 1-inch in size. Bake in baking dish in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour. Drain and return to baking dish. Add mushroom soup. Bake about 15 minutes longer.
