Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli florets, cooked
1 roll Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
8 to 12 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
Preparation

Place layer of broccoli in large, flat casserole, then layer of cheese and layer of Ritz crackers and drizzle with butter. Repeat with second layer.
Heat until hot just before serving. May be made ahead.
