Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. pared, sliced apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. water
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/3 c. soft butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Place apples in an 8-inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and water.
Combine sugar, flour, rolled oats, butter and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over apples.
Cook in oven at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
