Corn Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 medium tomato, cut in thin wedges
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine corn, celery, bouillon cube, and water; simmer until cube is dissolved and vegetables are tender.
    Add mushrooms, tomato, salt and pepper.
    Simmer briefly.
    Serves 6. Fifty calories a serving.
