Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 to 1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. whole milk
3 slices white bread
Preparation

Cut off crust from bread and cube. Melt butter. Add sugar, milk and eggs. Whip together. Add pineapple and bread cubes. Stir together until well mixed. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 about 1/2 hour or until set.
