Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    crumbled cornflakes
Preparation
    Cook sausage, drain fat and set aside.
    Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter or margarine.
    Stir in soups and rice; mix well. Fold in sausage.
    Pour into a buttered casserole dish, sprinkle with crumbled cornflakes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
