Salsa In A Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round rye bread
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. salsa
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salsa until well blended. Stir in Cheddar cheese.
    Cut top off bread and save.
    Hollow out bread.
    Spoon cheese mixture into bread and cover with bread top. Wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 400\u00b0.
