Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine. Cook until clear and thick. Mix with 4 cups rhubarb, cut up, and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
