Carrot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots, peeled
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 (17 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook carrots; drain.
    Mash and sprinkle with sugar; set aside. Dissolve Jell-Os in boiling water, then add cold water, carrots and pineapple.
    Stir well.
    Congeal.
    Top with a dab of mayonnaise.
