Candied Nuts(Club Member: Jason Baldwin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream
2 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of cinnamon
2 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, cream, water and vanilla. Cook to soft ball stage. Add nuts and stir until nuts are coated. Pour onto wax paper. Separate with 2 forks.
