Impossible Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up, cooked turkey or chicken
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. sliced green onions with tops
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch. Sprinkle turkey, onions, cheese, mushrooms and salt in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand mixer.
    Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Makes 7 servings; 145 calories per serving.
