Mom'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs (beaten)
1 c. pecan halves
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Cream butter to soften, add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy.
Add syrup, salt and eggs.
Stir in pecans, pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool and serve.
