Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Stir Bisquick and sugar together.
Add slightly beaten eggs and remaining ingredients until well mixed.
(Do not use mixer.) Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
