White Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white turkey breast strips
    1/2 c. each celery and carrots
    3 (14 1/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 cans navy beans (do not drain)
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
    1/2 tsp. each: oregano, cumin and pepper
Preparation
    Simmer turkey, carrots and celery in broth for 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain all but 1 cup of liquid. Add beans, chilies and spices. Simmer 10 minutes. Top with shredded cheese.
