Mushroom, Celery And Pimento Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. chopped tender stalks celery with the leaves
    2 canned pimientos or skinned red peppers, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. minced chives or green onions
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    shredded lettuce or romaine
    watercress for garnish
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms clean of any dirt and slice caps and stems thinly into a bowl.
    Add celery, pimientos or red peppers and chives or onions.
