Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs and blend.
    Add flour, milk and vanilla.
    Mix on medium to high 4 minutes.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured round pans, reserving 1 tablespoon batter for filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
