Sunny'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    2 chicken breasts
    3 stalks celery
    1 medium onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    green pepper (optional)
    nuts (optional)
    extra celery and onion (to season chicken while boiling)
Preparation
    Cut up chicken and two chicken breasts.
    Skin chicken and remove as much fat as possible.
    Put in large pot and cover with water.
    Add celery, onion, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until done, about 30 minutes.
    Debone chicken, cube and combine with chopped celery, onion, mayonnaise and garlic salt. Refrigerate.
    Serves 10.
