Seafood And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. each: chopped onion and green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    6 oz. crab meat
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    3/4 c. rice cereal, buttered and crushed
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in 1/4 cup water until tender-crisp.
    Add rice, shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise and seasonings.
    Mix well. Turn into buttered shallow casserole.
    Tip with rice cereal.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
