Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt and allspice; set aside.
    Cream eggs, oil, brown sugar and white sugar together.
    Add grated zucchini and vanilla; mix well. Add dry ingredients and chopped nuts.
    Mix.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans (greased and floured).
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
