Veal Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal stew
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    salt, pepper, oregano and parsley flakes to taste
Preparation
    Brown veal, add seasonings, cover and let simmer for about 1 hour.
    Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and peas.
    Cook over low heat, turning occasionally until tender.
