Potato Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. cooked bacon
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skin until tender.
    Cut into 1/2-inch slices. In buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish, cover bottom with potato slices.
    Cover with layer of crumbled bacon.
    Sprinkle with onions and then cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over layered pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
