Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
3 c. thinly sliced pears
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and oil.
Beat well.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Add sugar mixture, one cup at a time.
Mix well.
Stir in vanilla, cinnamon and pears.
Spoon into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or a little longer.
