Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. self-rising cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water or 1/2 c. orange juice and 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    5 egg yolks
    7 egg whites and 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar; make a well.
    Add oil, yolks and liquid; beat well with a spoon.
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until very stiff.
    Fold egg yolk mixture over egg whites.
    Gently fold until blended.
    Pour into 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Invert; cool.
