Chunky Artichoke Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar (6.5 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 cup pitted black olives (chopped)
2 Tbsp. red onion (chopped)
3 medium plum tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
1 garlic clove (pressed)
2 tsp. fresh basil leaves (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain marinade from artichokes.
Chop artichokes with onion, olives and tomatoes.
Add garlic, basil, salt and pepper and stir. Chill and serve.
Makes 2 cups.
