White Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 c. well mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. pecans
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix well; put into casserole dish and sprinkle coconut lightly on top.
Put small marshmallows on top and brown lightly.
Use more or less pecans, raisins and coconut, as you like.
