Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. red cake coloring
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat 1 minute.
    Add cocoa and vanilla.
    Put red cake coloring in buttermilk.
    Add slowly with flour.
    Put vinegar in soda and add last.
    Make 3 layers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
