Crock-Pot Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white self-rising cornmeal mix
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 large onion
1/2 stick oleo
4 pieces toast
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs
1 tsp. each salt, sage and poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute onion in oleo in microwave.
Crumble bread crumbs.
Add onion, oleo, eggs, chicken, soup and seasonings. Add enough broth to make it fairly soupy.
Can use canned broth or instant bouillon and water.
Cook in crock-pot on low 4 hours.
