Anna'S Delight Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. melted shortening or olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1 yeast cake
    1/4 to 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix flour, shortening or olive oil, vanilla and sour cream.
    Mix yeast with flour mixture.
    Cover with plastic; cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    It rises.
    Take out half of dough.
    Roll it out flat, sprinkle with sugar.
    Repeat 2 more times.
    Cut flattened dough in half and then into strips and twist.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
