Raw Potato Dumplings(Kartoflane Kluski) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 large onion, diced
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Grate potatoes; drain off brown liquid.
    Add beaten eggs, salt, crumbs and flour to make a stiff dough.
    Drop into boiling water from a wet spoon.
    Dumpling should be 1 1/2-inches long when cooked.
    They're done when they float to the top.
    Saute onion in skillet (low flame).
    Add dumplings and simmer for a few minutes.
