Sour Cream And Chive Potatoes - cooking recipe

5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut up
2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. chives
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place potatoes in pan. Cover with water. Add salt. Cook for 25 minutes. Drain. Mash the potatoes after draining. Add sour cream, milk and margarine. Add chives and pepper. Mix well. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
