Golden Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large breasts, skinned and halved
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. apricot or peach preserves
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Put breasts in baking dish.
    Combine mustard and vinegar in bowl until smooth; stir in preserves.
    Gradually add soy sauce and stir until blended.
    Pour over breasts.
    Coat both sides.
    Bake meaty side down 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Turn over and bake 40 minutes or until tender.
    Brush with pan juices occasionally.
