Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, browned
    1 box Uncle Ben's rice (any variety)
    1 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (save liquid)
    1 small jar pimentos
    liquid from mushrooms and hot water to equal 3 c.
Preparation
    Spread rice in bottom of baking dish.
    Sprinkle all but 1 tablespoon of onion soup mix over rice.
    Drain mushrooms, saving liquid.
    Distribute mushrooms and pimentos over rice.
    Add enough hot water to mushroom liquid to make 3 cups.
    Pour over rice. Place browned chops on top.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon soup mix. Put in 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 1 hour.
    Should be covered with foil while baking.
