Caramel Nut Fruit Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    12 large red maraschino cherries, cut into small pieces
    2 tsp. vanilla
    10x confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a saucepan, measure light brown sugar, margarine and evaporated milk.
    Bring to boiling point.
    Let boil 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla and 1 cup 10x confectioners sugar.
    Beat and add cherries, coconut, pecans and raisins.
    This should harden quickly; cut into squares.
