Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 hot peppers, chopped
1 qt. mustard
6 c. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Before starting jelly, in quart jar, add 1 1/2 cups flour and fill jar with water. Shake to dissolve all lumps. In pan, combine peppers, mustard, salt, vinegar and sugar. Bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add flour mixture to thicken. Place in pint or quart jars.
