Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix crumbs with margarine; press into a 10-inch pie pan. Saute onions in margarine.
Pour into crust.
Scald milk and add slowly to eggs.
Add grated cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Pour into crust and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
