Pimiento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 (7 oz.) can chopped pimientos
    dash of cayenne
    1 lb. American cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat milk in top of double boiler, then add cheese and stir until melted.
    Cool and then add other ingredients.
    Mix well.
