Cream Peas And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium red potatoes, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender. Cook peas in separate pan, add sugar. Melt butter in pan, add flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thick. Drain potatoes and peas and place in bowl. Pour sauce over and stir to coat.
