Baked Bologna - cooking recipe

1 large bologna (according to how many you serve)

With sharp knife, cut skin of bologna. Cut into 1/2-inch or more diamond shapes.
Punch holes all the way through so the basting gets in all the meat. Baste generously with brown sugar and pineapple or use any kind of jelly to suit taste.
Bake in oven until piping hot all the way through, or if you prefer, put on rotisserie and use barbecue sauce instead of brown sugar. Baste every 15 minutes for a barbecue flavor. Delicious either way.
