Black Bean And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cooked black beans, drained
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 jar salsa
    2 c. cheese, shredded or cubed (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
    sour cream
    scallions
Preparation
    Layer in a deep casserole dish: rice, 1/2 salsa, 1/2 cheese, beans, salsa, cheese. Heat thoroughly at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Garnish with sour cream and scallions.
