Pumpkin Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. pumpkin
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. self-rising flour
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add egg and mix well.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Sift together flour and salt.
    Add alternately with milk.
    Knead lightly.
    Roll out on lightly floured surface and cut with biscuit or cookie cutter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
