Chicken And Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli (or 1 bag)
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken, add water to equal 1 cup)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli, drain and set aside.
Melt margarine in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
Stir in chicken broth and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and bubbles.
Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
