Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can peaches (other fruit may be substituted)
Preparation

Melt butter in 7 x 10 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
Mix together all dry ingredients and stir milk in until blended.
Pour mix into pan with melted butter.
Pour fruit evenly over mixture.
Do not stir! Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
