Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cut in 2-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots in Wesson oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
