Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 lb. to 3 lb. cut up chicken or parts
Preparation

Heat butter in rectangular pan in a 425\u00b0 oven until melted. Mix flour and all spices together. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
Place skin side down in pan. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes.
Turn chicken over. Bake another 30 minutes or until done.
