Herb-Crusted Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/4 lb. roast beef or rib eye
    1/4 c. oil
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c. finely chopped parsley
    2/3 c. fine white bread crumbs
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place meat in oven roasting pan.
    In saucepan, heat oil.
    Add garlic and saute a couple of minutes.
    Remove from heat.
